APPLYING PESTICIDES IN VA 1 LATEST UPDATE GRADED A+ CERTIFIED APPLICATOR Any applicator who has completed certification requirements for commercial applicators, registered technicians and/or private applicators in VA COMMERCIAL APPLICATOR a person who uses pesticide on the job, other than for agricultural production on private property COMMERCIAL APPLICATOR FOR HIRE any commercial applicator who, in exchange for compensation, uses or supervises the use of any pesticides for any purpose or on any property than as provided in the definition of private applicator: Commercial applicators for hire in VA MUST have a Pesticide Business License or work for such a business.
