Highlight the problems from the position section
Directions to take next. Mission, Vision, Values are they on track or do you want to change them.
Maybe they could be tweaked.
Your solutions for the problems that have been identified. What solutions match the models that are
being used.
Their current strategy and the strategy that is wanted in the future.
Part 1 – what would you recommend the company do. Should they do some market development.
Ansoff Matrix would fit here. – Expand to the people they haven’t seen before do that they can
reach more customers. What segment of the market will we develop?
Part 2 is just focusing on the app – how could we fit it into one of the boxes, what would the app
allow them to do.
Modified Ansoff matrix
Expanding the market – adding to it slowly customers might get you there.
New customer groups with no link – Market development
Modified products – add elements to the existing products.
Limited diversification – not massively changing them
Partial diversification - focus more on the product one side and the market the other side.
Allows you to choose as many of you want. Which of the boxes are you going to use colour code
them as if you are going to use them.
Where are we right now? Strategic Position
Where do we want to go? Strategic Choice (Ansoff Matrix. Porters’ generic strategy)
How do we get there? What is the risk, Budget, KPIs etc.
