This report is going to include the process for initiating planning and managing projects and the role of
projects in delivering strategy. There is also going to be information around the 2012 Olympic
infrastructure and if it was a successful project with a critical review of stakeholder management, risk
management and governance and monitoring progress with factors that were missing from the project
and recommendations that could make a similar project more successful in the future.
