usually associated with the workplace. In your own words, discuss 2 plausible
factors from the text that may contribute to the prevalence of workplace

One factor contributing to workplace bullying, from the text, is the abuse of power by
an individual or group. This can happen when individuals in positions of authority
misuse their power to intimidate or demean their subordinates. An example of this is
when a manager might consistently belittle an employee’s work or ideas in front of
colleagues, creating a hostile work environment and lowering the employee’s self-
esteem.
