1.1 The rights people demand in the formulation of solutions according to the
constitution include the following;
1. The right to representation: People may demand the right to be represented by
someone they trust or have chosen to represent their interests in the solution finding
process. This could be a community leader, a representative from a non – profit
organization, or a government official.
2. The right to be heard. People have the right to have their voices heard and to
participate in the decision making process. This means that they should be given the
opportunity to express their opinions, concerns, and suggestions regarding the
problem at hand and have their input considered in the solution finding process.
3. The right to information: People have the right to access relevant information and
data that is neccesary to understand the problem and informed decisions. This
includes access to relevant reports, data, and expert opinions that can help in
formulating effective solutions.
4. The right to privacy: People have the right to privacy and confidentiality of their
personal information. This is especially important when dealing with sensitive issues
such as health or personal finances. Any information collected should be protected
and not shared without the individual’s consent.
