Cacdiovasculac system:
 5 minutes prior to exercise I gathered the reading of 62 beats per minute in terms of
heart rate.
 This shows a perfectly healthy heart rate and it is efectiely functonal prior to exercise.
 At the end of exercise before I let the client rest and recoier their heart rate reached
164 bpm. This is perfectly normal for intense cardioiascular exercise of any sort.
 This occurs due to the muscles around the body demanding greater amounts of oxygen
to replenish their efectieness so they would be able to functon properly a lot longer. If
the oxygen demands weren’t met by the muscles, they would reach a state of oxygen
