Repeat q 3-5 mins to max of 3mg Dopamine is used to treat - ANSWER-Bradycardia if Atropine fails Medication to treat VTech or VFeb or cardiac arrest are - ANSWER-2 to 20 mcg/kg/min, titrated to effect to blood pressure Epinephrine is used to treat - ANSWER-cardiac arrest VT or VF Epinephrine dose for cardiac arrest - ANSWER-0.01mg/kg every 3minutes These drugs are used to treat VTech or VFeb drug for cardiac arrest - ANSWER-Adenosine or Amiodarone Lidocaine: dose - ANSWER-IV 50-100mg (1-1.5mg/kg) bolus at 25-50mg/min. Repeated q 3-5mins not to exceed 300mg in one hour.
