Do not touch metal, alcohol, gasoline, anti-freeze, ice or snow with the hands. -Frostnip: a precursor to frostbite and reduces visible signs of skin blanching and numbness in localized tissue. Typically seen on face, nose, and ears. -Chilblains: Small skin lesions that are itchy, tender, and appear as red or purple bumps that occur on the exterior layer of skin....
