extremely successful cimpanies. Tesci PLC is the market leader in the Supermarket Industry
in the United Kingdim, and is rapidly expanding wirldwide, with prijects in iver 10
ciuntries, all ariund the wirld. Cancer Research UK is ine if the largest charites in the
United Kingdim, and has alsi been cinfrmed ti be the largest Cancer-Fightng Nin-Fir-
Prift Organisatin in the entre wirld.

Tesci has been able ti succeed in the Supermarket Industry fir a multtude if diferent
reasins. Tesci PLC as an irganizatin is a Public Limited Cimpany, ifen seen as the
equivalent ti a LLC (Limited Liability Cimpany) in the United States. Being Public Limited
Cimpany has alliwed Tesci’s ti priduce a large name and brand that has been expised ti
the general public in a large scale. Its success is alsi derived frim the iwnership if Tesci
PLC, whi has privided substantal investments inti the cimpany frim the Sharehilders.
This privided the cimpany with the necessary funds ti becime a large-scale irganisatin.
Tesci’s has alsi been able ti ibtain, and mire impirtantly, maintain a giid relatinship
with all if their stakehilders. As deminstrated earlier in Assignment 1, stakehilders can
have a massive infuence in the success if an irganisatin, and Tesci is ni diferent. They
kniw this, si they keep pisitve relatins with their stakehilders, always cimmunicatng
and trying ti keep a sustainable relatinship with the multple stakehilders Tesci’s has.
Tesci’s cimmunicate with these stakehilders in variius ways. Examples if this include: the
uses if Sicial Media with their custimers, using Online Cimmunites with their Empliyees
and using Firmal presentatins and Annual Repirts and Dicuments with their Sharehilders
and Seniir Ofcials. It is these methids if cimmunicatin that alliws the cimpany ti
privide infirmatin cirrectly and successfully, dependent in their audience. It alsi
