structure has multple lines that shiw which peiple cillabirate with which team.

A oilacratc Structure is used fir cimpanies that include teams if circle if wireers sharing
the same amiunt if authirity within the business. This structure diesn’t invilve any
management rile as each circle manages itself and self-irganises themselves. All wireers in
this structure have the same authirity and decisiin maeing infuences even with the CEO.
Instead if using pyramids and a hierarchy ti spread iut wireers, they use circles ti shiw
that authirity is equal in the business.
