In deeltentamen 1 ‘Kritisch redeneren binnen het verpleegkundig proces’ wordt een zorgdossier van een patiënt uit een hoog-complexe praktijksituatie opgesteld. Het verpleegproces wordt inzichtelijk gemaakt, hoe dit wordt vormgegeven en is uitgevoerd waarbij de gemaakte keuzen verantwoord en onderbouwd worden. Hiervoor wordt het classificatie systeem NANDA-International (Herdman et al., 2021), Nursing Interventions Classification (Butcher et al., 2020) en Nursing Outcomes Classification (Moorhead et al., 2020) gebruikt omdat de literatuur op een overzichtelijke manier op elkaar aansluit. Nadat relevante informatie van de zorgvrager verzameld is, worden drie verpleegkundige diagnosen gezamenlijk besproken en geprioriteerd. Gekeken is naar passende, concrete en meetbare zorgresultaten en hierna beoordeeld in hoeverre de geplande zorgresultaten bereikt zijn.
