ATPL Law 36.2.2 Describe the requirements to hold an aviation document, as laid down in CA Act 1990 S7 - correct answers Aviation documents are required to be held for all NZ Registered aircraft, aircraft pilots, flight crew members. If the PIC decides to break the law they can only do so in an emergency (e.g. danger to life or property), when this is done ATC and the CAA must be informed as soon as possible. To be PIC you must be type rated on the aircraft, hold a pilots licence and the aircraft must be airworthy and registered. 36.2.8 Describe the responsibilities of a licence holder with respect to changes in their medical condition, as laid down in CA Act 1990 S27. - correct answers If a licence holder has any changes in their medical condition they must inform the director of the change as soon as practicable and may not exercise the privileges to which the medical certificate relates.
