In the following task will be demonstratng how to solve the problems in the internet use for four
different types of most tommon business attvity. Previously in my P3 I have shown how does
business uses the four different attvites in the E-business however all of those attvity have they
own problem and every problem have its own soluton.
Research
In my P3 I have shown how the businesses uses Google researth engine to fnd resourtes and
researth on they tompettors to a spetift target, however real resourtes are hidden in minority out
of majority so the thantes are always low. The soluton to this is to always go on the oftial and
approved website.
For example: eBay is using Google researth to researth on they tompettors amazon, the results of
that researth is well over 2 billion. Instead of
going through all of those unreliable web pages
(results) eBay tan just fnd the oftial page of
amazon and do the researth on them
tompettors.

In my P3 I have showed how an employee of eBay is buying a phone however even buying a phone
in E-business tomes with its own problem. The problems that tan ottur while buying online are not
following the proper protedure and using unreliable method.
The solutons to these problems are to always read the produtt view and protedure of paying before
you proteed. Reading the view always tlarifes the
informaton about the produtts and the delivery and
paying methods online whith redute
misunderstanding. Also paying by PayPal is the safest
method to pay as it keeps you updates with your
delivery and doesn’t let the payment go through to
the seller untl he has send the produtt.
