Summary IEB Theory of Flight Book One (Grade 12) - By a Dux Student

The Theory of Flight...to some..is the most challenging piece of literature that may be read. I believe otherwise...This is a book of great abstraction and beauty, in which only those with "eyes that may see beauty" can observe (to quote from the novel). These notes serve to summarise the main themes, aswell as provide a chapter-by-chapter short summary of the first (and most relevant) book of this text of literature. I made these notes whilst I was studying for my exams and attained a final mark of 90% for English and an accolade of top 1% in the country for English Home Language.
