Consumer Credit Protection Act - Answer ️️ -A federal law the protects consumers against lenders. The law requires that lenders reveal the lenders reveal the actual cost of borrowing funds. Furthermore, the terms must be stated plainly in a way that the customers can understand. Dodd-Frank Act - Answer ️️ -Designed to make publicly traded companies comply with compensation practices. These practices require that a public company provide disclosure and include shareholder voting rights.
