In five years, where do you see yourself if hired for this position? - If I am successful today, first thing I plan to do is get competent in this role. I really don't know how long it will take, however, based on my enthusiasm; I aim to get proficient quickly. I would like to consolidate my skills and become experienced with the team. It is important for me to be accepted and respected by my colleagues. So, I guess the short answer would be that I want to become good at my job, be accepted by my peers and leadership and also enjoy my work as much as possible. If an opportunity presents itself for me to progress with the organization, that would be amazing. What makes you the best qualified for this position? - Well, I have all of the skills and attitude that you're looking for and I'm confident that I would be a good Training NCO. I'm also passionate about this position and I'm driven to deliver high-quality work. I believe that in the short time in LA, I have proven to be a great leader and hard worker. I want to make a difference in the unit, and to help out soldiers in this BAT. Training prepares a unit for combat. What is DD Form 2977 and how is it filled out?
