what is organizational architecture
Organization architecture describes the critical features of an organization that is; the person charged with the responsibility of making decisions in an organization, the key features cast-off to evaluate managers and employees and the method cast-off by the corporate governing body to reward those who meet performance goals. Thus good organization architecture must put into consideration the three basic factors which include resolution making individuals, performance assessment methods and the gratifying arrangement. It is very useful to understand the role of human resources in achieving superior organizational performance. For any organization to perform optimally it must be all round. This is to say that it must have a good architecture which starts from the strategist to performance evaluation up to the point of compensation for meeting the right performance. For this to be successful an organization ought to secure the right personnel.
