,Samenvatting

In het onderstaande adviesrapport van Hick zijn de verschillende analyses en de adviezen verwerkt.
Uit de verschillende analyses blijkt dat Hick een goed lopend bedrijf is op alle fronten. Voor de
verbetering van het logisteke proces zijn een aantal factoren van belang. Eén van die factoren is de
co2 vermindering van 20% in 5 jaar. Door de realisate hiervan kan Hick de Lean & Green award
krijgen, dit is het uiteindelijke doel waar dit ‘vernieuwde’ logisteke concept op gebaseerd is. Een
andere factor die van belang is ligt ook in de kostenbesparing. We hebben als adviseurs een paar
adviezen uitgewerkt waar de directe van Hick uiteindelijk uit kan kiezen. De uitgewerkte adviezen
zijn:

- Invoeren E-procurement
- Transport met de trein
- Transport met de boot
- Gecombineerd transport met trein en boot

De bovenstaande adviezen zijn uitgewerkt op basis van kostenbesparing en co2 vermindering.
Uiteindelijk is het advies dat onze voorkeur krijgt de laatste opte, het gecombineerd vervoeren met
de trein en met de boot. Er is voor dit advies gekozen, omdat bij deze opte de kosten verminderd
worden en omdat de co2 uitstoot ook minder wordt. Dit was voorafgaand aan de start van het
adviesrapport ook het doel waar naar gestreefd moest worden.
