Geachte heer van Horen,
Hierbij ontvangt u onze offerte voor het leveren en installeren van uw vrieshuis.
Zoals besproken in onze eerdere communicatie per e-mail heb ik gekozen voor een cascade CO2, A2L
systeem. Na uw goedkeuring ben ik aan de slag gegaan met het pakket van eisen.
Het vrieshuis staat buiten opgesteld. De ingebrachte hoeveelheid ijs per dag is 40 ton.
Inbreng is in charges per uur per 24 uur. De inbreng temperatuur is -15°C.
Het product moet na inbreng binnen 5 dagen -26°C zijn. De temperatuur van de cel is -28° C.
De opslag wordt uitgelegd op 40 bewaardagen.
De verpakking, geparaffineerd karton, bestaat uit bekers met een diameter van 65mm en een hoogte
van 50mm. De verpakkingsdozen (600x500x65mm) worden gestapeld op europallets van
1200x1000x150mm. De maximale hoogte van de pallet is 10 dozen.
Verder is er gerekend met een omgevingstemperatuur van maximaal +32°C.
Het maximale geluidsniveau op de erfgrens, ongeveer 8 meter vanaf de machinekamer, is overdag 55
dB(A) en ’s nachts 40 dB(A).
De maximale inhoud van de cel moet 40 dagen 40 ton kunnen opslaan = 1600 ton yoghurt-ijs.
Gewicht per pallet is; 106 * 63 * 40 = 267.120 gram = 267,12 kg per pallet
1.600.000 kg / 267,12 kg = 5990 pallets.
Afmetingen volle pallets; 1200 * 1000 * (650+150) 800mm
Het vrieshuis is L-vormig met afmetingen: 72 x 60 x 7 meter, conform tekening in PVB pagina 6.
