,Voorwoord
Dit onderzoek is geschreven voor mijn studie, Business studies aan de Hogeschool van
Inholland. Tijdens dit onderzoek heb ik uitermate mijn best gedaan om een zo’n goed
mogelijk en relevant mogelijk rapport op te maken. Ik heb mijn kritische blik en kennis van
de horeca toegepast om een goede inleving te maken van de huidige situatie in de horeca.

Verder wil de begeleidende docenten Martien Schriemer en Han Atligan bedanken voor het
overdragen van hun kennis en feiten. Dit heeft mij geholpen om een diepgaand
literatuuronderzoek te kunnen doen. Verder wil ik Edward Klaver bedanken voor zijn tijd en
het delen van zijn kennis. Door zijn antwoorden heb ik van uit een heel ander oogpunt dan
de theorie inzichten gekregen.
