,Inleiding
In de eerste periode van leerjaar twee maken de studenten een casus voor het
vak culturele diversiteit. Aan de hand van deze casus wordt er een analyse op de
casus toegepast en krijgen de studenten een beter inzicht in de situatie van de
cliënt.
De casus die u zo gaat lezen gaat over de 27-jarige Rodney. Rodney is van
Surinaamse afkomst en werkt nu al een tijdje in verzorgingstehuis de Eeuwige
Lente. Rodney staat dichtbij de cliënt, dit heeft Rodney meegekregen vanuit zijn
cultuur.
Rodney is al meerdere malen aangesproken door het hoofd van zijn afdeling en
nu was het tijd om Rodney door te sturen naar Anja. Anja is de maatschappelijk
werker van de Eeuwige Lente.
