This event is organized as an internship assignment for the Fitness Trainer A course.
Outdoor Basic-fit Xtreme Bootcamp
Boot camp content ( you can find a map at the next page with the designated locations)
1. Assembly point
At 09:50 the participants are expected at the location. The meeting point is at the end of the
bike path that goes towards the beach. This is at the beginning of the parking lot.
2. Warm up
The warm up will be performed on the near the entrance of the Pier. The
exercises during the warm up will consist of various extensive cardio/
strength exercises.
3. Climbing device
At place 3 is a climbing device. This will be used to make a circle in the rack hanging
from the arms. This happens with 1 participant at a time. The other participants
perform exercises such as the squat, push up, jumping jacks until each participant has
made a circle on the jungle gym at least 1 time, hanging by the arms.
4. Dune hills
Hill training. At place 4 there is a small slope with sand. This slope will be climbed in
many different ways. Like, for example, that you first sprint upwards. or that 2 people lift
1 person and take one upstairs. There are plenty of other variations as well. (jump
squats/wheelbarrow/on the knees)
