Ambition -It worries Brutus and makes him want to participate in the conspiracy. -Cassius has this as well because he wants to kill Caesar so he can have more power. -Ultimately, it leads to all their downfalls. -Equals conflict. -Brutus and the army. -Artemidorous and Calpurnia Honor -Brutus complied to give the logic that demanded the death of Caesar, although he loved him. -Antony explains that Brutus his honorable. Power -Caesar was killed for this. -This what all the conspirators, except Brutus, wanted. -When Antony offered Caesar the crown and he denied it, it proved he did not want all of it. -Star of Olympus Envy -Cassius has this and it causes him to conspire to kill Caesar. -This is why all the conspirators (besides Brutus) kill Caesar. -Cassius was weak and wanted too much power. -Tribunes -Lean and hungry look. Friendship -Men in the play are loyal to their friends. -Brutus and Cassius develop a strong bond over the assassination to kill Caesar as well as the fact that the Romans wanted to kill them.
