broadband service. For example, sending out emails about Sky’s broadband service will allow customers
to know more about the product that Sky is providing; the content in the email would include things
such as Sky’s website and the price of the product so that the customers can gain knowledge of the
product as a result benefiting Sky by making more revenue however billboards adverts can also be used
