1. Why did you choose to be an English teacher?
Ans: I decided to be an English teacher to share my love for literature with
others and help my students develop writing and communication skills. I
believe communication skills are essential for success in any field and I enjoy
helping students hone their skills.
2. What do you think are the most important skills for an English teacher?
Ans: It is important for an English teacher to have strong communication skills,
both written and verbal and the ability to effectively manage a classroom.
Additionally, it is important for an English teacher to be able to engage
students in learning and to have a deep understanding of the English
language.
3. What do you think are the best methods for teaching English?
Ans: I use a variety of some that brought me good results including using
learning material such as textbooks, audio, video and online resources. Also,
incorporating both group work and individual work into lessons; using a mix of
activities such as class discussions, pair work and individual work and making
use of technology in the classroom.
4. What do you think are the biggest challenges you face when teaching
English?
Ans: This is how you can answer the question. “The biggest challenges that I
have come across is making sure that all students have a firm grasps of the
basics, such as grammar, spelling and punctuation, helping students become
confident and proficient in their writing skills. Also, keeping students motivated
and engaged in their learning when they are struggling with learning material.
Though I do research on the latest approaches and methods of teaching
English so that I can provide my students with the best possible education.”
