Being a dental hygiene student our school program is accredited by CODA oh and Our Dental Director also When can you retake the NBDHE? How many times can you retake? Must wait min of 60 days between each fail attempt max of 4 retakes per/year 5 attempts 5 years rule After 5 attempts or years can only test 1 once a year How much is the NBDHE Fee? $565 What is eligibility extensions request?
