The business that I have decided to launch my product is subway and will be aimed at teenagers aged
between 16-25 years old.
Background
Subway is a well-known business in the food industry, restaurants and the genre is fast food and also
they sell food and I am deciding to launch a drink that the customers can buy after eating the food. I fit
into it because in subway is mainly targeted for the people who are students and this are a wide
audience and this will mean that there will be more students and I fit into it because my drink will also
be targeted the same people.
Subway was found in 1965 which is 52 years ago and since then the subway has been in the business for
the 52 years and this is a long time which will mean that the business has been running for a very long
time and the business have known the ups and downs for the business.
Subway has 328,000 to 492,000 employees worldwide. This means that there are lots of the employees
that work for subway and this will mean that the drink launch will be more easier.

1. To gain what type of the drink that the people world like
2. What will the customers be willing to pay for the drink
3. What size of the drink is best suited for the audience
4. What flavor drink should they like for example fruit or energy
Why it is important
It is important that I would like to gain information about the product that I want to launch and it is
because if I know which one I want to launch. It will give me an idea of what the audiences that I have
selected like I would also like to know how much the people are willing to pay for the drink is because
not all the people earn the same amount of the money and so that some people might have not been
able to afford the drink. This means that I should know how much the people are willing to pay and I will
keep the price that is reasonable for everyone and this will mean that everyone should be able to afford
it. I would also like to know the size of the drink because not all the people will be having the same size
of the drink some people will be liking the large and some people will be liking the small drink and this
will mean that the size of it should also be taken into consideration . Also the flavor because not all
people will like fruit drink as some people will be liking the energy and drinks that has gas in it.
