en sociale inbedding
Aantekeningen: Historische inbedding
 1870-1945: industrialisering en economisering van arbeid.
 Scientic Management, arbeidsproductviteit, taakspecialisate, efciency en kostenbeheersing.
 Rol personeelsbeleid: expertrollen door het ontstaan van stafafdelingen o.a. planning,
kwaliteitsbewaking, arbeidsanalisten, wetenschappelijke selectemethoden) > mensen die tjdsstudies
deden de tjdsduur per handeling verminderen).
 Inrichtng personeelsbeleid: geen eigen domein, maar wel ontstaan van expertseterreinen die binnen
het latere personeelsmanagement zijn gaan vallen.

 1945-1980: vermaatschappelijking en humanisering van arbeid.
 Sterkere rol vakbonden, SER en WOR v.a. 1950), Human Relatons, Revisionisme, motvate, mens als
sociaal wezen, informele organisate, systeembenadering.
 Rol personeelsbeleid: werkstructurering kwaliteit van arbeid), coördinate tussen meerdere
stakeholders management, personeel, overheid, vakbond, OR), opleiden en training, zorg
vertrouwenspersoon).
 Inrichtng personeelsbeleid: ontstaan van personeelsafdelingen die zich focussen op de organisate van
arbeid en de gevolgen ervan personeelszorg). De dominante functe is personeelsfunctonaris de
processen draaiende houden en ondersteunen).
