a. Eiwitarm oedeem:
- Voorlichting
- Eiwitrijk voedsel
- Ontwateren
- Zwachtelen met kort elastisch

b. Veneus oedeem:
- Voorlichting
- Ambulante compressie (zwachtelen kort elastisch + oefentherapie)
- Uitschakelen zwaartekracht

c. Trombose:
- Anti-stolling
Herwinnen mobiliteit enkel bij trombose in de vena tibialis (namelijk beperkt en pijnlijk: Homan sign)

d. Lymfoedeem:
- Voorlichting
- Huidzorg
- Oefentherapie/ademtherapie
- Zwachtelen: kortelastisch
- (Manuele lymfedrainage)
- Compressie: manueel of machinaal
- Therapeutisch elastische kous
- Protocolhouder
