It can strengthen the efficiency of learning and teaching and encourages the understanding of teaching as a foundational procedure that progress over time with response and input from learners. An example, a regular remark of practical attitudes or skills such as collaboration during tutorials. 4. Authentic assessment – in an assessment made on learners whose activities or skills are assessed through real world tasks, which would require them apply their skills and knowledge. It helps in assessing the individual in a better way as he or she applies their skills and knowledge. For example, in arts a learner can be taught how to draw, but some drawings will need a learner to apply skills to a certain given task. 5. Systematic assessment – systematic assessment of student learning refers to gathering information about the knowledge gained by students and analyzing that in order to find out the effectiveness and efficiency of learning to students. This assessment is very important to teachers because they get to know about the effectiveness of their teaching skills by linking the student’s performances to certain learning objects.
