What data was incorrectly archived?
By using the sort tool on the expired data, I could see that the
data on the dates had been entered incorrectly. Excel will
automatically sort the data into its relevant fields but I have to
make sure that the highlighted range is selected, that the
correct data is to be checked and sorted.




Is it still worth opening the function room to
conferences?
As you can see from this pivot table I have created, that the conference
room isn’t worth keeping as it only made £6,600 in the year 2015
compared to the other rooms that are booked. It’s clear to see that
weddings make the most money.
