1.1 How can a teacher promote a resilience in the classroom
A teacher can promote a resilience in a classroom by teaching learners about the
necessity of making friends through networking, encourage learners to practice
empathy by helping other leaners, teach learners to focus on the positivity not the
negativity. Encourage learners to take care of their wellbeing. Teach learners
about setting realistic goals and always taking an action to fulfil them.
1.2 Steps that are necessary to promote health in school
1.2.1 Introduce the concept to the school
Example: introduce a cleaning activity to the school management
1.2.2 Analyse the causes of problems and prioritise the needs.
Execute the plan as demonstrated in the activity
1.2.3 Audit available human and financial resources
Examine weather financial are in place and everyone is doing his or her task
1.2.4 Draw up a plan of actions based on priorities and resources, and implement
the plan
Include the breakdown of activities that are assigned to each individual and
the time frame as well
, 1.2.5 Monitor and evaluate the process
Example: observe the progress of the activity and make recommendations
whenever is necessary
