-KSFH’s zijn de eisen die door de markt worden gesteld aan een onderneming om op een
succesvolle wijze in de markt te kunnen opereren.
-Bij KSF’s gaat het ook om factoren waarmee de onderneming zich duurzaam van de
concurrentie kan onderscheiden in de door haar bewerkte markten.

Twee soorten KSF’s
-Hygiënische kf’s: zijn minimumeisen die worden gesteld aan de onderneming en haar
concurrenten, hieraan voldoen betekent bestaansmogelijkheden.
-Visionaire KSF’s: betreffen ksf’s waarmee medewerkers klanten mobiliseren, motiveren
ervoor gaan en teamvorming bevorderen.
