Course Description This course is the second in the series of courses focusing on the concepts of medical–surgical nursing. This course provides knowledge for nursing of older adults with complex acute health problems focusing on maintaining or restoring health of acutely ill clients. The needs of older adults returning to the community and community health care issues will be addressed.
