, Inleiding
Insight levert producten en diensten aan Stantec op het gebied van ICT. In dit accountplan wordt het
bedrijf Stantec geanalyseerd en wordt er vervolgens beschreven hoe Insight kan helpen met de ICT-
problemen van Stantec. Dit wordt gedaan door eerst Stantec in kaart te brengen, bijvoorbeeld: de
branche, de strategie, de organisatiestructuur en het Business Canvas Model. Vervolgens wordt de
markt van Stantec beschreven en geanalyseerd. Hierbij wordt gekeken naar de ontwikkeling en
trends van de markt, de concurrentie, de positionering en worden er verschillende modellen gebruikt
en ingevuld voor Stantec. Daarna wordt het klantpotentieel bepaald door te kijken wat Stantec nu
oplevert bij Insight en waar er nog groeimogelijkheden zijn voor Insight bij Stantec. Vervolgens
worden er doelstellingen bepaald om de ICT-problemen bij Stantec op te lossen. Uiteindelijk zijn er
activiteiten opgesteld die ervoor moeten zorgen dat de doelstellingen bereikt worden.
