The personal goal is to lose weight and get fit so she looks great for her wedding. She wants to fit nicely into her wedding dress.
Medical History
My client has no problems. She has got no heart problem, breathing problem or high blood pressure. However she did break her arm 8 years
ago but that won’t affect her in any way with my 6 week programme.
Physical Activity History
My client has never taken part in any physical activity expect of the usual walking she does when going to pick up her son. She has never taken
part in regular exercises and has no real exercise history.
Goal setting
Short term goal
To attend two gym sessions within the first week and engage with both sessions for the entire duration. Also to understand the machines in the
gym and where they work the body.
Medium term goal
Within the 3rd week of the programme to have lost 2 lbs in weight before the last session. To also have been to all 6 of the previous sessions
and engage within the hour.
Long term goal
To have lost 4lbs of weight by the end of the 6 weeks. Which will be measured from the first session to the last session. This will be completed
by going to every session and doing every exercise to the right intensity that is set by the trainer.
