De raadsman = bevoegd en ingeschreven bij de rechtbank (advocaat)
Pro deo advocaat= door de overheid aangewezen
Advocatenpas = legitimatie speciaal voor advocaten

Minderjarige verdachte = ouders/voogd gelijk inlichten (niet bereikbaar dan de

Recht op een eerlijk proces = het recht op inzage en afschrift van de processtukken, raadman
