, Inleiding
In dit verslag oriënteer ik me binnen het door mijn gekozen beroepsdomein en positioneer in mezelf
in mijn professionele rol. Dit zal ik doen aan de hand van een Position Paper, waarin mijn
professionele identiteit centraal zal staan. Allereerst zal ik mijn professionele identiteit kleur geven.
Ook zal ik mijn professionele zelf beschrijven waarin de betekenis van mijn levensbeschouwing voor
mijn professionele ook kort toegelicht zal worden. Vervolgens zal ik het professionele frame van mijn
team beschrijven aan de hand van het SKIVE model. Tenslotte zal ik inhoud geven aan het
institutionele frame van mijn organisatie met behulp van de aspecten van de driedeling van Willem
James. Het doel van dit verslag is dat ik meer grip krijg op mijn professionele identiteit. Het boek
“Mijn Binnenste Buiten” van Manon Ruiters (2019) is hierin mijn leidraad geweest.
