Subject: Complaint
First, I want to apologize for the fact our managers could not handle your complaints properly. This may be caused because
the managers in the Stenden University Hotel are still students which are not completely educated, yet. I want to thank you
for your regular stays in our hotel, and I feel sorry that you were not completely satisfied after your stay last May.
Our main goal is to satisfy all the guests, so we would love to give you your desired room, but this is not always possible,
unfortunately. It can unfortunately happen that guests bother other guests, but we cannot be aware of the guests’ behavior
in advance. When there are complaints about specific guests, like this complaint, this will be written down in the system,
and next time they could be rejected from a stay in our hotel. If something like this happens again, I advise you to call the
Front Office department, so they can do something about your complaint immediately.
