AQA A LEVEL PSYCHOLOGY NOTES A01 AND A03 POINTS Behavioral Approach: In my notes, I break down the behavioral approach's explanation and treatment of phobias into key points. I also highlight effective therapeutic techniques like systematic desensitization, including relaxation and the use of hierarchies, as well as the intense approach of flooding.
