Wat zijn afwijkende mondgewoonten?
= gewoonten die een negatieve invloed hebben op de orofaciale ontwikkeling (bot- en
schedelstructuren, gebit, spieren, gewrichten, …)

Wat zijn de belangrijkste afwijkende mondgewoonten?
- Duimzuigen
- Verkeerde tongpositie in rust
- Tongpositie tussen de tanden
- Verkeerd slikken, infantiel slikken (slikken met tong tussen tanden)
