Hello there once again! This time for the last time since my internship is coming to an
end. It is a good time to look back at the past six months. In assessment 1, I
formulated my learning goals and partially analyzed my work environment based on
my observations and findings. After that I completed assessment 2 in which I had my
mid-term evaluation and further analyzed the hotel with the 7S model from McKinsey
based on their core values.
This final and third assessment consists of two parts. The first part is about my
learning goals and the second part is about my internship company and its external
environment. In the first part I write a reflection on the insights I gained and my
learning goals I achieved during my internship period. In the second part, I compare
my internship company with the internship company of another student and the
competitors in the surrounding area.
In this introduction, I would like to thank everyone at Princess Heights for this most
lovely and insightful experience. Everyone has taught me so much and for that I am
endlessly grateful. I will never forget about this experience. It really feels like I have
become part of the Princess Heights family and I am going to miss everyone when I
will go back home in August.
