NAME OF MODULE: APPLIED PUBLIC RELATIONS PROGRAMME
ASSESSMENT: ASSIGNMENT 04 - PORTFOLIO
DUE DATE: 10 MAY 2023

, INTRODUCTION

In the context of public relations, a portfolio typically refers to a collection of materials
that showcase an individual or organization's public relations work, such as press
releases, media coverage, case studies, and other relevant documents.

The purpose of a public relations portfolio is to provide evidence of an individual or
organization's accomplishments and expertise in the field. It can be used to
demonstrate the quality of work to potential clients, employers, or stakeholders, and can
also serve as a tool for self-reflection and professional development.

A well-curated portfolio can help establish credibility and enhance the reputation of a
public relations professional or organization, and can be a valuable asset in the
competitive field of public relations.

This portfolio assessment includes two sections, for the first section we were provided
with a case study titled maximising media relations for effective program execution:
UNICEF in Nigeria. Upon reading the case study we were required to answer questions
based on the case study provided. The second section we were required to create an
educational and awareness campaign on the dangers of using hubbly bubbly and the
Health effects it has.
