In this task I will be explaining what government spending is and how
government spends it. I will also discuss UK government under Local, National
and European level of spending. Most importantly I will discuss how government
spending can have an influence on a selected business that is McDonalds.
Government Spending or also known as government expenditures include all of
the government’s consumption, investment and payments. Government spends
money on different parts of the economy to benefit the country in whole or to
benefit a community in particular. In Britain the government takes up over 45%
of the GDP that is spent in three main areas.
