A1. Three leadership theories reinforced throughout HCM There are three main leadership theories that I’ve learned over the course of my schooling at Western Governors University, and I’ve been able to adapt to them and implement them into my managerial role at my current job. The first of these theories is transformational leadership. As an operational and people leader I often find that I’m transforming to the environmental changes around me, as well as managing up and showing passion regarding those changes. My focus as a transformational leader is leading, developing and setting my employees up for success. As a passionate leader, I’m able to motivate my employees and make interpersonal connections so we can share one vision and grow together as a team. The second theory that’s necessary to adapt to in a leadership role, in my opinion,
