Project Description and Project Product This project will create a brand new and more efficient billing system. The new billing system is the sole product for this project. This project requires teamwork and participation from all departments of the company. Some of the deliverables will be to implement a consultation plan, a project plan, a software for the new billing system, tests results of the new billing system, contracts for the new billing system, Objectives The new billing system needs to be automated, fast, accurate. It also needs to have easy data entry capabilities. It is also important that it has potential for future updates. Lastly, it needs to help save at least 25% of labor, per month. It will also cut down billing expenses by 30% Business Need The current billing system is outdated and is manual only. The current billing system is inefficient and time consuming.
