these lessons still applicable to the youth of today?

education, left a lasting legacy that continues to inspire generations. In this essay,
we will reflect on the lessons that can be learned from the youth of 1976 and whether
these lessons are still applicable to the youth of today. The Soweto uprising is widely
believed to have been triggered by the introduction of Afrikaans alongside English as
the language of instruction. However, the event was the result of multiple factors,
including the Bantu Education Act imposed by the apartheid government in 1953.
