I am currently working with a client who was violently raped over the summer and left with physical damage and a permanent STI. She has suffered with CPTSD since the incident (Turner, 2017). The youth has been making poor decisions since the incident stemming from trauma responses which has landed her in significant legal troubles. The youth is struggling with Passive Suicidal Ideations and thinks she would have been better of killed during her
