Summary of Facts
Mr Chiloane was employed by Shoprite Checkers. Due to repeated instances of
misconduct relating to poor time-keeping and excessive absenteeism, Mr Chiloane
was called to appear before the disciplinary enquiry to answer to charges of
unacceptable absenteeism and poor time keeping. He was found guilty and dismissed
from the company.
