Scenario 1 1. What are some of the positions you may need to recruit? Why? The Training Solutions Division (TSD) currently acquires 260 employees busy with existing projects. Although active employees remain priority to DRA Performance Solutions (DRA PS), the short timeline for phase one of the project requires additional hires. In order to meet the necessary demands prior to the first course, recruitment for each position must be performed to assist current employees in their tasks. For instance, a new project manager will direct and organize phase one’s plans and prioritize tasks to accommodate deadlines. The addition of instructional designers will aid in creating the curriculums of the first two courses as document production managers analyze and revise them to prepare for the remaining 13 courses. Graphic designers on the other hand, will use marketing techniques to advertise the upcoming courses via brochures, posters and email throughout the duration of the project (Case Study) while also providing the visuals for the instructors.
